With Face-to-Face appointments no longer an option, Trade Shows and Van Days a distant memory, we here at Starrett know how important it is for you to be able to speak directly to a member of our Technical Team at a time convenient to you.

And so, with this in mind, we are delighted to launch of our new

Cuttingsolutions technical support appointment service.

Cuttingsolutionsappointment system to speak directly with one of our Tech Team who will be more than happy to help and even do a live demonstration if required.

Antonio our Marketing Manager explains the concept of the initiative “As a company specialist on saws, we have a vast range of products and we need to find a way to be closer to our customers and end-users to recommend the best solution depending on the application. We have an app and online tool named PowerCalc. Still, human contact is necessary to explain and demonstrate the products. Besides the advice, our cutting specialist can demonstrate the tools in action through this new service.”

Starrett Cutting Solutions provides a real time calendar where you can book available 15 min slots initially with a view to extend after the introductory period, to discuss product application or information and speak directly with our professional Tech Team.

Graham our Technical Support Team Leader explains “we understand all too well the importance of being able to explain and demonstrate how to use a product properly and show its capabilities, with COVID 19 restrictions and lockdown we have not been able to do this, so having this new initiative where you can book an appointment with us face to face ‘virtually’, talk to us and even show us any problems or issues you may be having is the next best thing. We are here and happy to help!”
