Where an item is purchased from www.starrett.co.uk, the buyer has the right to cancel the order within seven days of the order or receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. All items must be returned in the original packaging, in saleable condition.
If an order is cancelled in this way, full payment including any shipping charges will be refunded, usually by the same payment method as was used for the original purchase. All costs involved in returning the items are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is defective in which case all return costs will also be refunded.
