Starrett expands its range with high-quality Drill Bits, complementing its Drilling Solution and Hole Saw ranges. A complete drilling solution for various materials, meeting customer needs.

Starrett Launches StarrNET - B2B Portal. A bespoke online system to manage orders, dispatch, and delivery process.

Starret installs new distribution warehouse racking - marking the most significant investment in the UK Headquarters in the last 10 years.

Starrett Evans Rule Division in North Charleston, South Carolina joins the L.S. Starrett Company Ltd

New US factory established in Mount Airy, North Carolina

Starrett acquires the Herman Stone Co. of Dayton, Ohio, a manufacturer of granite surface plates

Douglas R. Starrett succeds his father as president and establishes a new US branch in Cleveland, Ohio

Factory founded in Jedburgh, Scotland

South American factory founded in São Paulo, Brazil

Arthur H. Starrett, the founder’s grandson, assumes presidency

David Findlay is appointed President. Having joined the company at 21-years-old he worked his way up through the ranks to General Sales Manager, Director and Vice President, before becoming President

Company founder, L.S Starrett passes away at a time when his Athol factory is being hailed as the largest plant in the world wholly devoted to making fine mechanical tools. Frank A. Ball, Mr Starrett’s son-in-law succeeds him as President
